Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Fix Buddy, we strive to ensure every service experience is satisfactory. This policy explains the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

1. Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel a booking before the service begins. The following cancellation fees apply:

  • More than 24 hours before service: Full refund, no cancellation fee.
  • 12–24 hours before service: 25% cancellation fee applies.
  • Less than 12 hours before service: 50% cancellation fee applies.
  • After service provider has arrived: No refund applicable.
2. Cancellation by Service Provider

If a service provider cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days. We will also help you rebook with another available provider at no additional charge.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • Service was not delivered as described at the time of booking.
  • Service provider failed to show up within the scheduled time window.
  • You cancelled within the eligible cancellation window.
  • Technical or payment errors resulting in double charges.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Services completed as agreed.
  • Dissatisfaction due to reasons not reported at the time of service completion.
  • Cancellations made after the service provider has arrived.
4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team within 48 hours of the scheduled service:

Please provide your order ID, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting photos or evidence.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Disputed Services

If you are dissatisfied with a completed service, raise a dispute within 24 hours of service completion. Our team will investigate and may offer a partial refund, a free re-service, or other resolution based on the findings.

7. Subscription Plans

Subscription plan fees are non-refundable once the plan has been activated and services have been availed. If you cancel a subscription before using any services, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.

8. Changes to This Policy

Fix Buddy reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
