At Fix Buddy, we strive to ensure every service experience is satisfactory. This policy explains the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed.
You may cancel a booking before the service begins. The following cancellation fees apply:
If a service provider cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days. We will also help you rebook with another available provider at no additional charge.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you are dissatisfied with a completed service, raise a dispute within 24 hours of service completion. Our team will investigate and may offer a partial refund, a free re-service, or other resolution based on the findings.
Subscription plan fees are non-refundable once the plan has been activated and services have been availed. If you cancel a subscription before using any services, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.
Fix Buddy reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
