Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Fix Buddy platform, mobile application, or any related services ("Service") operated by Fix Buddy ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By registering for or using Fix Buddy, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Fix Buddy is an online marketplace that connects customers seeking home services with independent service providers. Fix Buddy does not itself provide the services listed on the platform. We act solely as an intermediary and technology platform.
You must create an account to access certain features of the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Service providers must maintain valid licenses, certifications, and insurance as required by applicable law. Providers agree to perform services with reasonable skill and care, on time and as described. Fix Buddy reserves the right to remove any provider who violates these standards.
Customers agree to provide accurate booking information, ensure safe access to service locations, and treat service providers with respect. Misuse of the platform, including fraudulent bookings or false reviews, may result in account termination.
All payments are processed securely through the platform. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Fix Buddy may charge a platform fee or commission on transactions. Payment terms are displayed at checkout.
Fix Buddy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or services rendered by independent providers. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
All content on the Fix Buddy platform, including logos, design, and software, is the intellectual property of Fix Buddy or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any conduct that we deem harmful to the platform, other users, or service providers.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
